ABOUT
Fischer Roofing is a Christian based family-run commercial roofing company specializing in flat and low-slope roofs for businesses and property owners across the Minneapolis–St. Paul area and western Wisconsin. The team focuses on giving clients clear answers, long-term solutions, and a straightforward path from roof problem to roof confidence.
Since 1998, Fischer Roofing has grown from a small family operation into a trusted name in flat roof installations, repairs, and replacements throughout the Twin Cities and beyond. With decades of commercial roofing experience and millions of square feet installed, the crew brings proven expertise to every project, large or small.
Our specialists focus on membrane roofing systems and other flat roof technologies, allowing the company to stay current with modern materials and installation methods. That focused experience means clients get practical recommendations that balance durability, performance, and budget for their buildings.

Clients regularly highlight Fischer Roofing’s professionalism, competitive bids, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing the roof was completed with twenty-five years of experience and 2000+ roofs done right the first time. Crews are described as thorough and efficient, leaving properties clean and roofs ready to handle the next storm.

The company stands behind its work with strong product choices and workmanship that supports long-term performance and warranty coverage. Whether it is an urgent leak, a planned replacement, or a safety upgrade, the goal is always the same: answer questions quickly, solve the problem, and protect the client’s building investment.

Tim is the Top Dog and President at Fischer Roofing. Tim and Sheila have built and run the company from the ground up. Tim still enjoys meeting with customers and talking about your flat roof needs. Tim doesn’t like to sit still so if he is not at his desk or at a meeting he is probably building something or on another adventure.

Sheila is the Vice President and handles the bookkeeping for the company. If you have any questions about billing she is the one to talk to. Outside of work she loves being grandma and spoiling her 6 grandkids.

Jordan has over 10 years of experience working here at Fischer. If you need a price for a new roof he is the guy to talk to. When he’s not crunching numbers for your roof he enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids and getting lost out on the mountain bike trails.

Once you have decided that we are the roofer for you and sent in your signed contract, Tony is your go-to guy. He has been with Fischer for over 10 years and is in charge of organizing your project. From scheduling, to ordering, to equipment staging he has you covered. If you can’t get a hold of him he is probably enjoying the peace and quiet of the northwoods in Bayfield County.

When it is time to replace your roof Nathan is the one you want leading the team. He has been with us for over 15 years so you can rest assured that your roof is done right the first time. When he is not taking care of your roof he enjoys spending time outside with his wife and daughter and volunteering at his church.

When you give us a call you can look forward to a warm greeting from Amanda. She has been with us for over 5 years handling phone calls and keeping paperwork organized. When she is out of the office you might find her out with her 2 girls or out on the golf course.

Jesse has been servicing all sorts of different roof systems over the last 15+ years so at this point there is not much he hasn’t seen. Put him to work repairing your roof and he will sniff out the leak in no time. When he is off the clock you will have a hard time keeping up with him whether he is on his Harley, SxS, or snowmobile.

Roofus has been with Fischer Roofing since day one—sniffing out leaks, barking at bad flashing, and making every flat roof his next “good boy” project.
By concentrating on flat and low-slope systems, Fischer Roofing has become a go-to resource for commercial owners, facility managers, and organizations that rely on dependable roofing partners. This focus allows the team to diagnose issues faster, recommend effective repairs, and design new roofs that match each building’s specific use and conditions.
The company’s long-standing presence in the region means it understands local weather, building types, and code requirements that affect flat roofs in the Upper Midwest. That local knowledge, combined with specialized training and field experience, helps prevent recurring issues and extends the life of each roof system.
If you are dealing with leaks, planning a future roof replacement, or simply want a straightforward opinion on your flat roof, Fischer Roofing is ready to help. Call 800-A1-ROOFS to get clear answers, understand your options, and schedule an inspection so you can feel confident about your roof’s next step.
